  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Orders

Shipping Restrictions

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation where possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible and the order will be subject to our Refund Policy.
